I've seen several emails about this 'unsupported' function that is available within MarkLogic.
Is it safe to use this function? Will this function become officially supported and documented in the MarkLogic provided function reference in a future release? As an aside, it would also be helpful to delete directories (and files) on the filesystem as well via an XQuery function (instead of falling back to MLJAM). Darin.
