You would still need to tell MarkLogic on before hand what to look for that 
shouldn't be there (which as far as I know isn't possible, at least, I haven't 
heard of a cts:missing-element-query yet). Or otherwise it would have to derive 
all possible elements from a schema or so (that might not be available) and 
index the absence of all of them. I am certain that would create a lot more 
index then you will ever use.. ;-)
