Yes, it doesn't make sense to blame the data. But still, Danny's test succeeds, 
while yours didn't. So there has to be some difference. Did you run the query 
you mentioned exactly as written? And just to get a better idea of your 
content, could you insert a complete example document as well (if it is not too 
large)?

The latest version is 4.1-4. I don't really expect this to make much difference 
here, but you never know: could you upgrade?
