IP addresses can be handy. So can host vs host.domain

There's probably some IE-only proprietary interface too, like doCommand().

The only way I know of in IE is to close the browser and start another browser
process. In firefox, you can put a user@ in front of the host name in the URL
(something like http://n...@localhost:8005/cq) which will prompt you to enter
user credentials, but that does not seem to work on IE.

Subject: [MarkLogic Dev General] logout from IE

Hi,

Could anyone tell me how I logout of cq in Internet Explorer 6.0 so I can login
with a different username? I know this can be done in Firefox by doing ‘ clear
recent history’ but this option doesn’t exist in IE.

Thanks,
Will
