Hey Folks, We're collecting ideas for BOF<http://en.wikipedia.org/wiki/Birds_of_a_Feather_(computing)> (birds-of-a-feather) topics for our upcoming conference in May. For those unfamiliar with BOFs,
* A BOF is an informal meet-up where the attendees group together based on a shared interest and carry out discussions with limited pre-planned agenda. * BOF organizers are responsible for bringing questions, key problems, news, novelties, challenges, as well as guiding discussion as need be. * BOFs are an opportunity to network, partner, brain-storm, and the like Topics we've already bounced around a bit include * Semantic technology and XSPARQL * XLST and XQuery together * NoSQL * Content management * Office toolkits * Analytics Please chime in (or contact me off list) if you have interest in leading a BOF, suggestions for topics and/or recommendations for other BOF leaders. As a reminder (aka carrot), Mark Logic gives out a free conference pass to community members who lead a BOF. The BOFs will take place over lunchtime at the conference on Wednesday, May 5th. Best, Eric Bloch Director, Community Mark Logic Corporation San Carlos, CA 94070 USA
