  Thanks, that's what I missed!  I specified "(none)" for the
triggers db, I thought that meant something like "use a kind of
default, no need for a specific db".  I couldn't find any ref in
the doc (in the dev and the admin guides).  If someone know where
I can look for, I'd be glad to have a look.

  So as soon as I set the triggers db to db-xxx (i.e. the same db
as the content db), I can see the triggers in the console.
