As Mark pointed out, the Release Notes are available on developer.marklogic.com. The Release Notes contain general information about MarkLogic Server 4.1; they do not contain a list of fixed or known bugs.
The list of fixed and known bugs is available on support.marklogic.com, and is only accessible by customers with a current support contract; it is not available if you only have the community license.
