OK, further investigation suggests the problem is .NET 4.0/Visual C#
2010. I've found a new .NET 4.0 version of IKVM.NET, but of course
that isn't what MarklogicXcc.dll is looking for.
Any chance of a .NET 4.0 build of XCC, pretty please?
