Hi, Wondering whether anyone on this list can help with a question...
The team I'm working with right now want to know if there is any way of making a MarkLogic instance start *without* using Huge Pages. I believe they want to do this for testing purposes to get some general stats on performance. >From what I can understand, at the point when the instance starts, it detects >whether the OS (in this case, RHEL) has been configured with Huge Pages, then >uses them where possible. So my question is: does anyone know of a way to "configure" MarkLogic to ignore Huge Pages at startup? Indeed, is such a thing possible? Thanks very much for your time.
