Hi Judie, When we do XInclude expansion, we add base URI attributes that should help you here.
Assuming your application hasn't manage to strip the information out (e.g. as a side effect of a round trip through a browser) you should be able to create a revursive descent parser or an XSLT transform that undoes the original XInclude expansion. Take a peek at the docs for fn:base-uri(). I referred the dev guide and I need some clarification from you. Consider a document which contains a xi:include i.e a link to a sub-document. When the document is shown to the user for update, the full document will be shown using node-expand. When the user updates the document(Main document and the child documenrt) how the update operation will be stored. Note: Document update will replace the entire content (It replaces the xi:include). Any suggestion will be helpful. Regards, Judie
