Hi Utsav,

You can put any logic you like behind a trigger. There are some functions to 
help determine the mime-type, you can decide based on filename or path 
patterns, you could inspect the document and decide based on its contents, or 
even access other resources (external systems, or other databases if necessary) 
to do some looking up to make your decisions...
