I'm fairly certain the HTTP application server does not handle chunked requests.

I apologize, I am powerfully misstating my intentions.

I have an HTTP Application Server

I must accept Transfer-Encoding: Chunked messages into it

At present, the messages are timing out before my Application Server can handle
them

Thanks again!

I'm not aware of anything in the HTTP 1.1 spec that would require a server to
return a Transfer-Encoding: Chunked header.
That is, the TE request header lists encodings that a server MAY use, but a
server is not ever required to send back chunked data. In section 14.39 on the
TE header, it says explicitly, "A message with no transfer-coding is always
acceptable. "

That is, there is no such thing (in the HTTP spec) as an "inbound request for
chunked data."

Allen,

Are you asking: "Can I make a request via xdmp:http-get() to a server that
returns Transfer-Encoding: Chunked data"?
