Just a minor suggestion:

4.2 has only just been released, and you might not want to upgrade yet. In that 
case it might be interesting to know that you can add properties to folders as 
well. Those are less likely to interfere with things like searching. Like 
documents though, they do have to exist. So either have directory creation set 
to 'auto', or create it manually first..
