David,

Great to see an update. I use xmlsh everyday in my work with MarkLogic.

One question regarding the ml:put command, e.g.

ml:put -uri myfile.xml test.xml

Is it possible to also specify the collection(s) (as well as the uri)
so that you get the equivalent of this:

xdmp:document-load("/path/tohapfile.xml",
<options xmlns="xdmp:document-load">
<uri>/lscoll/tohap/tohapfile.xml</uri>
<collections>
<collection>/lscoll/tohap/</collection>
<collection>/lscoll/</collection>
</collections>
</options> )

Thanks,
Morgan
