If I understand what you're saying, you've uninstalled MarkLogic and are still receiving information from the previous install. If that's the case, I would suggest that you've haven't finished the uninstall process of MarkLogic. You would have to rename or remove the MarkLogic directory in order to start from scratch again. Removing (or renaming to save any files you may need) the directory should give you a clean start, which will allow you to do a clean install. I hope that helps you get a little closer towards a solution.
