Hi Ambika,

This function returns the locks for all documents in the specified 
collection(s).  So if you have a collection called "foo" and "a.xml" and 
"b.xml" were in that collection, then this would return any locks on those 
documents.  If there were no locks, it would return an empty sequence.

Lock documents are used in libraries like document library services (DLS) to 
make is to one user can lock a document, allowing only the user that locked the 
document to update it (or a user with the admin role).
