You can set the encoding option to xdmp:document-load or xdmp:document-get.
You can set the output encoding (also the indentation) using xdmp:set-response-encoding or using the xdmp:output prolog option (note the the prolog option has to be set on the outer query, and will therefore not do anything if you set it on an eval--which is what cq uses--so you will not see the xdmp:output results using cq). http://docs.marklogic.com/4.2doc/docapp.xqy#search.xqy?start=1&cat=all&query=xdmp:document-load&button=search http://docs.marklogic.com/4.2doc/docapp.xqy#display.xqy?fname=http://pubs/4.2doc/xml/xquery/langoverview.xml%2347415 -Danny -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Vedavalli Radhika Sent: Saturday, May 21, 2011 12:31 PM To: General Mark Logic Developer Discussion Subject: [MarkLogic Dev General] How to set encoding while storing content via HTTP Connection?
