Yes, I know this is a strange question but I think this would be useful.  When 
I'm testing query performance, it would sometimes be helpful to see what 
performance would be like if the document had not been previously retrieved 
(and parsed) and stored in one of the MarkLogic  caches.  The only way I'm 
aware of accomplishing this today is to restart the cluster/server in order to 
clear the cache.  Perhaps, there is a hidden trick that is not publicized.  
Something along the lines of xdmp:query-trace() or some sort of query 
declaration which one could precede a xquery expression would be helpful.  I 
would still want access to the traditional indexes such as range indexes, URI 
lexicons, etc.  Thanks in advance for any help.
