Since the directory-uri is a container (as it is akin to a file system
directory and can be traversed, especially when using WebDAV), I'd like to
suggest that:

1. It be named xdmp:document-move() instead of xdmp:document-rename, with
the restriction that it is being moved to a different directory-uri within
the same database.
2. There be an option to specify the forest within the database in case it
becomes necessary to redistribute the load.
3. Any newly created directory URIs in the move also pick up the directory
URI permissions of its previous path so that it is viewable via WebDAV
(where it makes sense to use WebDAV).
