I dont have the recursive option released yet (TBD ETA this weekend) but the basics of getting 1 file at a time works. ---------------------------------------- David A. You will still need a password (unless you use aaplication-level authentication on the App Server), but you can put the user/pass in the curl or wget or lynx command. -Danny -----Original Message----- From: [email protected] [mailto:[email protected]] On Behalf Of Tim Finney Sent: Friday, July 22, 2011 10:21 AM To: [email protected] Subject: [MarkLogic Dev General] Command line way from database to file system Hi All, Is there a command line way to copy a file from a MarkLogic database to the computer's file system? I would like to use version control on customized app builder files. However, SVN directories get clobbered if a redeploy is ever done. It can be done using wget and WebDav, but that requires a password which makes automation (e.g. via cron) a problem.
