Hi Sunil,

Can you give us a small sample of your code? And did you try taking an XSLT
approach to tackle your problem?

Kind regards,
Geert

Hi All,

I have written a XQuery that performs some transformation on a lengthy XML.
As there were some repetitive element nodes in a hierarchy, had to go for
recursive function calls during transformation.
For eg, there is an element named “item” occurring in the XML as shown below.

<item>
                <child1></child1>
                <child2></child2>
                <item>
                                <child1></child1>
                                <child2></child2>
                </item>
</item>

Because of the lengthy source xml and multiple recursive executions, MarkLogic
Stack got filled up.
Is there any way to explicitly increase the stack size or to clean up stack. Or
is there a better way of transformations implementation rather than using
recursive procedures.

Thanks,
Sunil.
