Hi Prasanth,

Not entirely certain, but the CANCELED exceptions sound like calls to, for
instance, an HTTP App Server, which were disconnected from client side before
the server finished sending its response.

The DISABLED exception sounds like calls to HTTP App Servers that have been
disabled in the Admin interface.

To my knowledge there are some more exceptions that will not be caught. Syntax
errors for starters..

Kind regards,
Geert

Onderwerp: [MarkLogic Dev General] Try-Catch block

Hi,

   I read in this document,

http://docs.marklogic.com/4.2doc/docapp.xqy#display.xqy?fname=http://pubs/4.2doc/xml/xquery/enhanced.xml%2334280

that try/catch block cant catch the exceptions XDMP-CANCELED, SVC-CANCELED and
XDMP-DISABLED. Can anybody give some examples or links which explains, in which
all scenarios we can expect these exceptions.

Regards,
Prasanth
