xmlsh can be used for this depending on your needs
(www.xmlsh.org<http://www.xmlsh.org>)
In combination with the marklogic extension module and the xsql command you can
transfer data from ML to a relational DB
In fact I just gave a presentation on this Tuesday at MarkLogic World 2012.

Let me know if you would like more info.
It may or may not do what you want, depending of course, on exactly what you
want done.

Subject: [MarkLogic Dev General] MarkLogic ETL Tools

Hi,

I am looking for ETL tools which can extract content from MarkLogic Database
into a Data warehouse. Can you please suggest me any MarkLogic specific ETL
tools.

I think the ETL Tool (Information Studio) can be used to transform unstructured
data tostructured(XML) in MarkLogic. Can this be used to extract the data from
MarkLogic to other Databases/Data warehouse?
