Can we continue on this again? I am not confident with the servlet configuration. I thought it would be pretty straight forward but I'm obviously missing something somewhere.

You just need to make sure you've installed the mlsql servlet correctly and are hitting it on the right URL. You have some servlet configuration issue right now.
