Hello All,

I am using search api provided by Marklogic for one of my search applications
and i want to use the stemmed option, but the problem is that when i use
"stemmed" it fails to recognize the other lanugages apart from the default
language of the database which is english.

Options that i have already tried:
i. If i use unstemmed as the term option then i get the results from the other
languages but the result count decreases tremendously as it searches only for
the exact term search.
ii. If i use term option as stemmed and also pass on
"<term-option>lag='fr'</term-option>" it works but i have documents from other
languages as well like "de","nl", and the api call throws me error if i include
all the languages.

What is desired:

I would like to have a query which would behave something like an or query
where in i can pass both "stemmed" as well as "unstemmed" term option, please
suggest how do i achieve this?

Thanks & Regards

Chandan Abhishek
