Please find the below code which i am using for transformations in MLCP
mlcp.bat import -host localhost -port 9002 -username **** ^
-password ***** -input_file_path C:\data\ -mode local ^
-input_file_type aggregates -aggregate_record_element resource ^
-aggregate_uri_id GUID
