Sini, You cannot replay the app builder URL in QC. We send a HTTP POST with structured query (formed by JS) being the payload in the POST body. So, you cannot simply replay the app builder URL and replay it via a tool such as cURL.
And Query console does not support execution of REST API calls. However, if you know what your query is (structured or unstructured), you can use cURL to test the query via REST APIs.
