That could be a docs bug. Looking at 6.0-2.1 I see these options. Maybe 
'standard' is the one you want?

zh-Hant@collation=big5han
zh-Hant@collation=gb2312han
zh-Hant@collation=pinyin
zh-Hant@collation=standard
