I see, I didn't take the question literally enough! If you have exactly 3 collections that you want to display in the interface, then you might want to consider whether you really just need a control that displays those 3 collections, instead of a facet that draws its values from the indexes.
Another possibility is that you could accomplish this using a prefix, depending on how your collection URIs are formed. If you *only* have xOI-01, xOI-02 and xOI-03 that begin with xOI-, then specifying a prefix of xOI- will narrow the facet so that 01, 02 and 03 are the values that show in the facet. I'm not sure I've got a complete enough picture of your requirements to know whether this helps, but I hope it does... Where do I specify which three collection needs to be displayed. There is a limit control, and you can set it to 3 there. --Colleen Sent from my iPhone On Mar 4, 2013, at 9:30 PM, "sini narayanan" <[email protected]<mailto:[email protected]>> wrote: Hi All, I have an application created using the Marklogic app builder. And have a collection constraint ( Name: xOI ) which is Faceted. The configuration for this constraint is left as default( Collection Prefix - blank ; Facet Settings - default ). I have a lot of collections created in my DB. But I need to display only 3 collections in the facet. How do I do this ? In the Custom XML options, How do I specify to list only the xOI, xOI-1, xOI-2 collections ? Currently it has the default entry. <annotation xmlns="http://marklogic.com/appservices/search">Delta options here</annotation> Thanks, Sini _______________________________________________ General mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://developer.marklogic.com/mailman/listinfo/general _______________________________________________ General mailing list [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> http://developer.marklogic.com/mailman/listinfo/general
