Santhosh, xdmp:query-meters() measures time in the query, but does not capture time "after" the query while the DB is committing the changes that result from your transaction. That is, commit time for updates is not included in query-meters().
So query-meters() and profile together are showing you that your commit time is very, very high. Only 11 updates in 2 minutes indicates something is wrong. Do you have huge documents or system problems of some kind?
