Have you seen http://stackoverflow.com/questions/8560166/silent-installation-of-a-msi-package yet? It sounds like the main trick would be to figure out the custom install property. It's probably something like TARGETDIR or INSTALLDIR or INSTALLLOCATION. One of the SO comments also recommends a tool called Ocra for this.
