Hey Folks, Chris Cieslinksi<http://www.linkedin.com/pub/chris-cieslinski/2/242/13b> has made available (via an Apache2 license) his work on an XQuery plugin for the Sonar code analysis tool<http://developer.marklogic.com/code/sonar>. Chris has added some MarkLogic specifics as well. If you've got an XQuery codebase and you want to analyse it for anti-patterns and other known gotchas, you should check it out.
Sonar<http://docs.codehaus.org/display/SONAR/Documentation> is available via maven and a few other mechanisms. See Chris's Github repo<https://github.com/malteseduck/sonar-xquery-plugin> for details on how to get started with the plugin. (Hint: even if you're not using Sonar, you may want to perouse the checks that the plugin runs. ) Best, Eric Eric Bloch Director, Community MarkLogic Corporation desk +1 650 655 2390 | mobile +1 650 339 0376 email [email protected]<mailto:[email protected]> web developer.marklogic.com<http://developer.marklogic.com> twitter @eedeebee
