So the namespace is "http://www.w3.org/2005/xpath-functions"; instead of "http://www.w3.org/2009/xpath-functions/analyze-string"; as it used to be. I wouldn't consider it a bug, but it doesn't appear to be listed as an incompatibility in the documentation located here: http://docs.marklogic.com/guide/relnotes/chap4#chapter.
