I found out one of my colleagues cloned my workspace. I don’t think that should have caused it, but [meh] deleted the clone and the problem seems to have gone away. Kudos.

I had something like this when I was doing some work with QConsole open in Firefox and Chrome. Might have also complicated the mess by more than one dev using "admin" on the same server at the same time... You might be able to use the ID's from this error message to explore the database to find the workspace document causing the query to return two and 'fix' this if it's really critical that you get that specific workspace running correctly again.
