Dear friends, We are getting heavily into using Javscript in our projects in all tiers.
For practical purposes(sharing existing libraries), We would like to be able to import/require javascript ending in .js and not only .sjs In our build processes, we could refactor the libraries to use sjs, but that is not ideal. One of our developers found that my adding the mime-type to ML, he could successfully use .js files in ML. The Question: Does anyone know of any negative effect this might have - or possibly an opinion of how this would go against any best-practices for the JS part of ML? I see some concerns about (maybe ) a security issue (other JS files would then by default be accessible) - but that is all I can come up with........
