As long as A is the master, reads and updates will happen on A, regardless of where the query originated.

Hi, I have researched this question that I was asked today but could not find anything. Suppose we have a server A that has a primary forest A1, and another server B that has a replicate of that forest (lets call it B1). They are both E/D nodes. If server B receives a query that requires reading from (not writing to) the database that includes forest A1, does it request the answer from server A, or does it just read its local replica B1 forest instead? Neil.
