Make sure that your documents are in the scope defined by the CPF triggers  
for your domain. If it is a directory domain, make sure the URIs start  
with that prefix. If it is a collection domain, make sure they are in that  
collection.

Make sure that your CPF triggers are enabled (see the Triggers submenu  
under your database).

Make sure that the user that is loading content has the permissions to see  
the CPF pipeline/domain documents.
