Markus
I will try to set it again and see if I run into any issues
and will reach out to you then.

Thanks

Venkata,

when you say "but not able to open this", what do you mean? You can't install
VirtualBox? You can't open the website?

You shouldn't have to add any boxes or download any virtual machines. If you
have VirtualBox and Vagrant installed and your system configured as per
https://github.com/grtjn/mlvagrant, all you should have to do is follow the
instructions that Eric sent out earlier today.

The box you're attempting to add already exists. Remove it before adding it
again or add it with the `--force` flag.

I even checked https://github.com/mitchellh/vagrant/issues/7767 and it is
talking about the compatibility issue of the latest vagrant with the virtual box

I apologize if my response may not be clear as I tried various combinations and
now even I tried to get the virtual box from “
https://www.virtualbox.org/wiki/Downloads” but not able to open this.

Just to be clear: "a" virtual box, or Oracle's VirtualBox hypervisor product?

Venkata,

your steps a and c should not be necessary.

Vagrant says that you do not have a provider on your system. Vagrant has
built-in support for VirtualBox, VMWare, and other providers. We've been using
VirtualBox because it's free, but you should be able to use any other provider
of your choice.

Do you have VirtualBox installed on your system?
