Sorry I whated to type more:

I was able to remove other tags like:  "View Net Traffic, View Web Traffic,
View Roaming Activity" 
But not "Add Service To Existing Account"

Just remove the link from the CustomerSupMenu HTML, It is a form tag.
The file should be in olsplus-cgi. You can edit many of the menus in Rodopi
by finding the corresponding HTML page to the EXE (They are often named
similarly).
