Is there another source? The Computer History Museum makes some proprietary claims in their license agreement as a pre-condition of downloading it, and I sorta doubt they wrote any of this code. Such as in the Ownership section: "The Museum and its licensors retain ownership of the copy of the Software itself, including all intellectual property rights therein."
