Hi Heinz, I am running JHS on OSX 10.7.5 and Safari. The Ctrl-. worked for my old version of JHS (downloaded in Jan 2012), but then I upgraded to the most recent version and this does not allow Ctrl-. to advance labs. The Studio Menu-Lab Advance option does still work, so I am guessing that something is missing for the shortcut in this new version.
