BIND=: 'any'
is the only setting you need for JHS (the rest are details).

The next level problem is settings on your server machine. I can't
help much with this, but often by default of normal machine (not set
up as a server) won't accept connections. Give info about your
platform and perhaps forum users may be able to help.
