It seems as though J's copy of wget.exe just got flagged by avast anti virus as being infected by malware-Gen. This applies to all versions of J.
I'm not 100% sure it is a false positive because I found out about it while avast stopped J701's copy of wget from launching without any action on my part to initiate this (through rundll).
