When I first loaded j803 fresh, I am pretty sure that I had to add labs before 
it would run, but I am not saying that I am always a reliable observer of 
events. :-)

Apologies if my observations have contributed to noise. Although if Brian tries 
to start up j802 it may be a gotcha that he will need to watch.
