I see the problem. Any page reference like [[JohnBaker/mystuff]] would have
been converted, but JohnBaker by itself does not.

For example see Devon's page code.jsoftware.com/wiki/User:Devon_McCormick

MoinMoin has this idea of converting any camel case word into a page url. I
can fix the camel case for any user name by itself.
