I am told that the RPi 2 has a different peripheral base address so that low
level C libraries will not run unless changed. (Not that it means much to
me - was 0x20000000and is now 0x3F000000). Maybe that explains my

for Linux, the popular linux distros already have the Qt libraries
installed. If not, the Qt libraries are provided in Debian by packages:
libqtcore4, libqtgui4, libqt4-opengl, libqtwebkit4, libqt4-declarative
