I am told that the RPi 2 has a different peripheral base address so that low level C libraries will not run unless changed. (Not that it means much to me - was 0x20000000and is now 0x3F000000). Maybe that explains my problems?? Peter Rainger ----- Original Message ----- From: "Raul Miller" <[email protected]>

Perhaps install 'all' should mention the url of the wiki install page,
if the OS is linux?

Thanks,

this is mentioned in qt ide installation wiki page.

for Linux, the popular linux distros already have the Qt libraries
installed. If not, the Qt libraries are provided in Debian by packages:
libqtcore4, libqtgui4, libqt4-opengl, libqtwebkit4, libqt4-declarative and
libqt4-declarative-particles.

Dear All,

I'm having trouble installing jqt with j803 on Linux.
J console works just fine. I did

  install 'all'

and that apparently all went OK - no error messages.

If I now start jqt.sh I get this:

===============================================================================
 ~ > j803/jqt.sh
"/home/one/j803/bin/libjqt.so"
"could not resolve: state_run:

Cannot load library /home/one/j803/bin/libjqt.so: (libQtWebKit.so.4:
cannot open shared object file: No such file or directory)"

I don't know what to do. I seem to remember there was something recently
on the forum - maybe making a symbolic link from something to something
else. I did search the archives, but
couldn't find it.

I'd be grateful for any advice.
