I am not sure how this happened, but the 804 directory points to
debug/dissect 4.6.19, and that file is present in the 804 addons directory.

Somehow your ~addons/config/addons.txt file is out of date. Could you try
again, and check whether the package manager is updating that file? Also,
do you have permission to write to the addons directory?
