It should pick up your projects automatically when you restart J.

Can you confirm that your projects are correctly set up, i.e. that each
project folder has a .jproj file of the same name? See https://code.
jsoftware.com/wiki/Guides/Folders_and_Projects.

Also check that ~Projects is defined correctly:

  dir '~Projects'
