I'm not familiar with chromebook. What is the CPU in your CB? Is
it 64-bit x86_64? Or does it have avx? 
Perhaps you can get from output of
$ cat /proc/cpuinfo

For Qt, apparently Qt lib has not installed. You may try 
$ sudo apt install qt5-default
