Your last report makes the problem clear: *** Sorry, "jqt" can not be run on this version of macOS. Qt requires macOS 10.12.0 or later, you have macOS 10.11.6. ** The jqt build we distribute requires a more recent version of macos than you are running. You may have to update to 10.12.0 in order to run jqt. If this is something you wanted to do anyways then now might be the time. If not, then wait for people with more jqt experience to see if there are other options.
